We Are Not Recruiting , They Are Scammers – NCC
The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has released a fresh warning against scammers advertisement in Nigeria.
They released the warning as the National agency informs the public that it is not recruiting at the moment despite the social media showing there is an ongoing recruitment at NCC.
The National agency therefore pleaded with the public to disregard the information through the social media networks.
For the avoidance of doubt, the NCC wishes to state categorically that it never issued such statement, directing subscribers or indicating that subscribers can unbar their SIM without a NIN.
The NCC also wishes to inform telecoms consumers whose SIM cards have been blocked from making calls that the affected SIMs cards will not be unblocked by the service providers until the sim owners take the right steps.
The National agency therefore pleads with sim owners to link their National Identification Numbers (NINs) with their SIM cards
