Just In: Supreme Court Upholds Alia’s Victory
The Peoples Democratic Party and its governorship candidate in Benue, Titus Uba, had their appeal dismissed by the Supreme Court on Monday.
Hyacinth Alia’s election as the governor of Benue state has been confirmed by the gubernatorial election petition tribunal and the Abuja court of appeals. Uba petitioned the supreme court for remedy because he was unhappy with the rulings.
